Prepare toppings: whole kernel corn, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced olives, grated cheese (optional), diced avocado, salsa, salad dressing, tortilla chips (slightly crushed). Layer rice, beans, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, avocado, cheese, salsa, salad dressing, and tortilla chips.
